How does it Work?

Step 1:
Customer calls the Dent Guard repair center at 1-866-528-9134.

Step 2:
A Dent Guard customer service representative will take the customer's repair request. The representative will give the customer's information to an assigned PDR technician.

Step 3:
The PDR technician will contact the customer within two business days to arrange a convenient time to perform the repair at your dealership. If the customer is more than 50 miles from the dealership, our service representative will arrange to have the vehicle repaired at a location convenient for the customer.

Step 4:
The technician will repair the vehicle while the customer waits. Most repairs can be completed in less than an hour.

Step 5:
The customer will inspect their vehicle to ensure the repairs were performed to their complete satisfaction and sign the repair form.

Step 6:
No payment is required by the customer or the dealer at the time of repair. You simply "Sign & Drive" away a happy customer.
